Piancavallo, January 25th, 2010– 2 days to go before the competition Jib Music Festival kicks off, in Piancavallo, Italy (Jan 29th to Jan 31st ).Piancavallo will host the 3Star TTR snowboard contest that will involve the best riders in a slopestyle contest at the FunkPark snowpark, with a prize money of 5000 euros.
The rider list is led by Giorgio Ciancaleoni, fourth place at the Rookie Challenge at the Billabong Air & Style 09/II, Simon Gruber, best Italian rider of the Year 2009, Marco Grigis, best italian rider at the World Rookie Fest in Livigno, and many other italian riders as Alessandro Benussi, Enrico Cavada, Daniel Neulichedl and Marco Concin from Salomon, official sponsor of the event.
While Italians enjoy their home field advantage Mike Knobel and Nic Huber will arrive for the Swiss Alps. Also taking part the french group Gpsy feelin’: Thibaut Pomarat, Yann Barthelemy, Erick Labbè e Romain Taillefert.
While the event will be turned on from the sickest snowboarding show, DJS’ will warm up the audience with some amazing music: special guest Boosta DJ from Subsonica, Pipeline and Faja Massive.
